Workshop on Human Genome and Transcriptome Analysis, July 25 - 28, 2016

Scientists at IOB will share their expertise to train the highly motivated young researchers in India to handle the massive data emerging from high-throughput Next-Gen Sequencing through a 4-days workshop.

This intensive workshop is intended to provide series of lectures in conjunction with hands-on training to experimental designs, data handling, quality control and analysis of the whole genome and transcriptome data.

A concession of Rs. 2000/- in the registration fee will be provided for:
1. students and faculties from Jammu & Kashmir and North East India
2. a group registration of 3 or more students from the same Institute

Registration is open, slots are available

Candidates will be enrolled on first-come first-served basis.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

Accommodation for participants will be arranged on request. Cost of the accomodation is not included in the registration fee.

Payment

Registration fee is to be paid by either Demand Draft in favor of Institute of Bioinformatics, payable at Bangalore or by online cash transfer to Bank account of Institute of Bioinformatics, Bangalore (Account details will appear on selecting online cash transfer option below). Registration will be confirmed on receipt of the demand draft or the online cash transfer.
