Dr. Bhumesh Kumar obtained his Ph.D. degree in Plant Physiology from CCS Haryana Agricultural University. He did his post-doctoral work at ARO, Volcani Centre, Israel and International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, New Delhi. Currently, he is working as Senior Scientist in Directorate of Weed Science Research (ICAR). His research areas are molecular biology of climate change and herbicide resistance.

Dr. Jaya Shukla obtained her Ph.D. degree in Nuclear Medicine (Radiopharmacy) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nuclear Medicine, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. Her area of research is drug delivery and development of radio labeled drugs for diagnosis & therapy.

Dr. Shalmoli Bhattacharyya obtained her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Experimental Medicine and Biotechnology, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biophysics, PGIMER, Chandigarh. She is working in the areas of cellular biophysics and stem cell biology. Her laboratory is currently invlolved in the study of epithelial to mesenchymal transition in cancer and cancer stem cells.

Krishna L. is currently pursuing her M.Sc. Integrated degree in the Institute of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology, University of Pune. She has completed a project based on suppression of HBV by a vector based approach as a part of her academic curriculum. She wishes to pursue research in infectious diseases.
